Groundworks MillRythe School
Description:
In 2009 we completed the external groundworks project for MillRythe Infants School. Value £35-42k
Mill Rythe School is an independent school and therefore we worked tirelessly at the planning stage with the Head Mistress/the Administrator and attended a meeting with the school Governers.
Works description.
Ground works for new concrete foundations for new temporary building and extension to the children’s play ground area. To remove existing 25m wall, install new foundation and retaining wall acting as seating area adjacent playground. To form new foundations, large 33m long retaining wall, extended tarmac area by approximately 80m2. To supply and install 33m of powder coated metal fencing, to form footpaths, foundation & brickwork for new temporary classroom, new hit & miss and open pale fence. To provide new water, waste & electrical supplies for new building. To design & build accessible ramp including platform leading into the new building.
