External redecoration & repairs to Shadwell Court
Description:
In 2008 we completed the external redecoration & repairs to Shadwell Court in Portsmouth. The building included 12 flats and had not received any serious maintenance work for over 20 years.
The building required extreme preparation work. The list of repairs included metal lintel replacement, modifications to the rain water system, vast specialist timber care repairs to windows, masonry repairs, upvc cladding & a complete over haul of the external metal fire escapes.
We received positive comments from surrounding residents and our Client received praise from the residents by emails and letters.
