The department undertakes regular monitoring of contractors performance and a Contractor Appraisal Report has been recieved on completion of the above scheme.
The overall performance for this contract was scored by the contract administrator as excellent and I take the opportunity to congratulate the firm on this achivement.
The report covers a number of aspects, including time managment, financial managment, health and safety, quality of workmanship, management of sub-contractors, progress with defects, collaborative approach and assessment of overall performance.
